Justin T. Jones is a Savannah personal injury and wrongful death attorney dedicated to helping individuals and families whose lives have been changed by serious accidents, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful death. From his office in Savannah, he represents clients throughout Southeast Georgia, fighting to obtain the full compensation they deserve after negligence causes devastating harm.
A native of Metter, Georgia, Justin earned both his bachelor’s degree and his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia. During his undergraduate years, he served as both Treasurer and President of his fraternity. While attending the University of Georgia School of Law, he served as Vice President of Phi Alpha Delta and as Vice President of his graduating class, demonstrating an early commitment to leadership and service.
Justin began his legal career in public service, spending the first five years of his practice as an Assistant District Attorney. There, he gained extensive courtroom and trial experience by prosecuting more than 1,200 misdemeanor cases and 500 felony cases. In his final year as a prosecutor, he tried seven serious violent felony jury trials, securing convictions in every case. Those verdicts resulted in three life sentences and one sentence of life imprisonment without the possibility of parole. That experience provided him with the courtroom skills, preparation, and litigation strategy that now benefit clients facing powerful insurance companies and corporate defendants.
Since 2013, Justin has devoted his practice exclusively to representing injury victims and their families. He handles wrongful death claims, car accidents, truck accidents, catastrophic injury cases, motorcycle accidents, and other serious personal injury claims throughout Southeast Georgia. Whether negotiating with insurance carriers or presenting a case to a jury, his focus remains the same: holding negligent parties accountable and maximizing recovery for his clients.
